Introduction to CrossFit Class - This one hour class gives you an introduction to what we do. It's fun, hard work and scalable to your CURRENT level of fitness. These introduction classes are by appointment only. Call Bill 831.0484 to schedule your introduction class or stop at the Juice Bar at Littlefield's for more information. Sign up for this class if you want to try it before signing up the Basics Course.
CrossFit Basics Course - This set of 4 one-hour classes gives you a solid foundation for progressing into the group workouts. Each class in the basic course follows the same format: instruction, warm-up, skills practice, and workout of the day. When you've completed the Basics Course you'll have solid technique to support you as you progress in the workouts. Completion of this class or permission from Bill is required before participating in the Group Classes. The CrossFit Basics Course can be scheduled around your availability. You do NOT need to take the Introduction Course prior to signing up for Basics.
CrossFit Group Classes - All CrossFit Group classes will follow a Warm-up, skills, Workout of the Day (WOD) format. Classes start on the hour so be sure to arrive early to get stretched and ready to go.
