Group classes offer a great way to get kids working hard and pushing each other to new levels of fitness - both general and sport specific. Personal training is often the best way to get the individual attention needed to fix specific weaknesses or focus on sport specific fitness. Whether you choose group classes or personal training, you'll be certain to get results. We know our methods work because they've been in development for 25 years and we use them every day for our athletes and ourselves.

Friday 3:00 Boys Strength Training (Grades 8-12)
All classes run from 30-45 minutes. Arrive early to stretch. Classes start on time. Don't be late. Bring water and a towel. Cost is $5/class and a 10 class pass can be purchased for $50.
