Kendra Littlefield, Trainer - Littlefield's Gym

Kendra has been running her extremely popular Bootcamp class since early 2009. She is a Health Education teacher at Winslow High School and has recently begun her youth field hockey coaching career. Kendra's positive attitude and accept no excuses approach to getting in shape has allowed her help dozens of women and men to take the next step in their fitness and get the results that they've been unable to achieve with the same old routines at the gym. 

Bootcamp is currently offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30 pm. Kendra also has limited availability for personal training by appointment.
