Wes Littlefield - Owner, Littlefield's Gym

Wes has owned and operated Littlefield's Gym since 1995. He has seen it through lean times and has always applied a Yankee work ethic to whatever he's done to make the gym a success. He has been the head football coach at Messalonskee for 9 seasons. He also runs HardCore MMA school out of the gym. He is currently 2-0 in his MMA career and finished his pro boxing career with a record of 10-1. Whether it is coaching Colby basketball players how to squat, showing a 60 year old woman how to do a proper pushup, instructing young athletes on how to be mentally tough or taking an overweight client through a diet plan, "Coach" brings the same energy to the task... thorough attention to details, a clear set of goals and a clear plan to achieving those stated goals.
