Bodhi Littlefield
TRAINER
Bodhi is a dedicated and passionate personal trainer with a lifelong commitment to fitness, athletics, and functional performance. A graduate of Winslow High School, she excelled in basketball, field hockey, and track, laying a strong foundation for her athletic career. She went on to compete as a Division I field hockey player and has since graduated from Ohio University, where she developed a strong understanding of collegiate-level training, leadership, and athlete development. Bodhi’s fitness journey is deeply influenced by her family, particularly her father, who holds a master’s degree in personal training and strength and conditioning. Under his guidance, she gained extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of training styles, including functional training, powerlifting, strength development, and sport-specific programming. Bodhi takes a personalized and motivating approach to training, centered on functional strength, quality movement, and sustainable progress. She empowers all of her clients to be their best selves by building confidence, improving movement, and creating programs that support long-term strength, health, and performance in everyday life. Bodhi has led high-intensity fitness classes, motivating clients to challenge themselves and achieve meaningful results. In addition to her training experience, she has coached at Saint Louis University, a Division I program, where she worked with high-level collegiate athletes in a competitive environment. Bodhi is committed to helping clients unlock their full potential by providing the structure, support, and accountability needed to become stronger, faster, and healthier.
